Sciatica, Leg Spasms and Psoriasis

"In July of 2008, I lost my job because I started having a problem with my sciatic nerve in my left leg. I had gone to doctors and they prescribed me medications to cope with it, but it wasn't the answer to my problem. Some days I could not get out of bed without help or being in total discomfort from the spasms that would feel like someone was just twisting my muscles into knots. I couldn't go up and down stairs, cook, do dishes or even enjoy my grandson. It was sometime in October of 2008 that my husband and I had heard of Chris LaCava. Well, at that time I decided that I would try it. The hardest part wasn't getting out of bed and going down the stairs and climbing into my husband's truck, but it was the 30 minute drive I had to endure to the office. The results of the Acupuncture have gotten me out of bed with no problems, going up and down stairs, cooking, cleaning and even driving with my husband for as many as 8 to 9 hour trips without any problems. But most important I can pick up my grandson and play with him, nothing I could do before. My next accomplishment will be to get behind the steering wheel of my Jeep and go for a drive on my own, which will be soon with the help of Chris. Not only has Acupuncture helped with my sciatica, but it has also helped with my attitude, my psoriasis and my will to go back to work. Tennis & Golfer's Elbow (Lateral and Medial Epicondylitis of the Elbow)

"In June of 2007 I thought I had hyper extended my right elbow while playing softball. After approximately 3 months of being woken up out of a sound sleep with the feeling of being stabbed in the elbow I called the orthopedist. At my first appointment the doctor diagnosed me with 'medial and lateral epicondylitis of the elbow.' He gave me a cortisone shot and a couple of days later I woke up in the middle of the night by severe pain in my elbow again so I called the orthopedist again and he recommended that I receive another cortisone shot. At that time I saw an ad in the paper for acupuncture with Chris LaCava. After my first appointment with Chris I felt a lot better and was actually able to sleep through the night for the first time in months. After four more appointments I was discharged by Chris and was pain free. I started playing softball again and I'm having a great season with no pain at all. During my treatments Chris also addressed a small problem that I have had with my knees. I haven't run this well in years. All I have to say is if you keep an open mind and tell Chris exactly where it hurts he can heal anything."

Heel Pain, Irritable Bowel Syndrome

"I had debilitating heel pain caused by muscle dysfunction. I had tried physical therapy with limited success. As I was training for my black belt the pain kept me from really training as well as I would have liked. One month before my test I had my first leg treatment with Mr. LaCava. I am astonished at how much better the condition is. The night of my test, leg pain was not even an issue. You can't know how impossible that would have been a month ago. He has also treated various other unrelated health problems with me- all with great success. The irritable bowel syndrome that I suffered from for fifteen years is nonexistent. Foot Pain - Plantar Fasciitis

"I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for the past ten years.
